Membership Freeze Policy

A membership may be placed on freeze with a 30-day written notice. Membership may be frozen for a maximum of three months within one calendar year – either three consecutive months or separately. Once the freeze period ends, membership will automatically reactivate. The freeze will begin the month following when you request it.

There is a $25 fee per each month membership is frozen. If you decide you’d like to reactivate membership early, please contact us immediately.

Please fill out the below form to freeze your membership. Any verbal and/or written communication to our instructors or staff to freeze membership will not be accepted.
