What you’ll learn:

- In Aikido, you’ll focus on techniques that use an opponent’s energy and movements against them. Training involves joint locks and throws, emphasizing blending and redirecting attacks. Aikido promotes harmony, fluidity, and the development of mental and physical balance.
- In Karate, you’ll develop proficiency in striking techniques with hands and feet. Training involves katas (forms), sparring, and drills to enhance strength, agility, and precision. The discipline emphasizes respect, self-control, and the integration of physical and mental well-being.
- In Judo, you’ll learn techniques centered on throws and grappling. Training emphasizes using an opponent’s force and balance against them. Judo promotes efficiency in movement, leverage, and the application of technique. Discipline, respect, and mutual benefit are core principles.
- In Kudo, you’ll train in a hybrid martial art that combines elements of Karate and Judo. The focus is on striking and grappling techniques, including kicks, punches, throws, and ground fighting. Kudo places importance on practicality and adaptability in self-defense situations. Training encompasses sparring, forms, and a holistic approach to physical and mental development.

Days of Training:

The training days are all week, excluded Sundays. We do suggest that students train twice a week to keep up with the curriculum and create good habits.
