U.S. Shipping & Handling Rates
Century’s continental U.S. shipping and handling rates are based on the dollar amount of the order except for certain Wavemaster, BOB, and Versys products. In addition, there may also be a surcharge on oversized packages and/or carrier surcharges, which may include fuel surcharges and residential/rural charges. For continental U.S. orders of certain Wavemaster, BOB, and Versys products only flat-rate shipping and handling charges apply which are listed below. Unless otherwise requested, Century ships all orders via FedEx. Express delivery is also available. Call us at (734) 447-3000 to get a shipping quote on 1-Day and 2-Day delivery. All shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
*Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should call (734) 447-3000 to order oversized items.
A back-ordered item ships as soon as it becomes available. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. We cannot guarantee that the backorder will be filled. If the back-ordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. If you have more questions about backorders call us at (734) 447-3000.
A sales tax of 8% of merchandise sales is included on orders shipped to Oklahoma addresses.

We proudly stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Century purchase, you can return the unused product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of its purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
New merchandise, excluding books and DVD’s, that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled and is still suitable for resale, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Pending inspection, an exchange, refund, or credit in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, will be issued. After 30 days products will not be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns are allowed on custom or clearance items. All Returns and exchanges may include an exchange fee or restocking fee.
If you have received merchandise that is incorrect or defective please contact the Japanese Martial Arts Academy Customer Service Team upon receipt at (734) 447-3000.
To return or exchange a product:
- Wrap merchandise securely.
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Japanese Martial Arts Academy is not responsible for packages lost in transit)

Limited Replacement Warranty
Japanese Martial Arts Academy, LLC warrants its products sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. Japanese Martial Arts Academy, LLC’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Japanese Martial Arts Academy, LLC within this 90-day period unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
