By registering as a student at JMAA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Membership

All students must complete the registration form and provide accurate personal information.

Membership is subject to approval by JMAA.

Fees for classes, uniforms, and other services must be paid in full as per the academy's payment policies.
2. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to show respect to instructors, fellow students, and the academy premises at all times.

Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.

Students must adhere to the academy's dress code and wear the appropriate uniform during training sessions.
3. Health and Safety

Students participate in karate training at their own risk. JMAA is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training.

Students must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before participating in classes.

Parents/guardians of minors are responsible for ensuring their child is physically fit to participate in karate activities.
4. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.

If a student is unable to attend a class, they must notify the academy in advance.
5. Payments and Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by JMAA.

Late payments may result in suspension of training until the balance is cleared.
6. Cancellation of Classes

JMAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather).

Students will be notified of any cancellations or changes as early as possible.
7. Use of Photos and Videos

JMAA may take photos or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the academy in writing.
8. Termination of Membership

JMAA reserves the right to terminate a student's membership for violation of the academy's rules or for any other reason deemed necessary by the management.

Students may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the academy.
