• Karate: Striking techniques with hands and feet, focusing on strength, agility, and self-control.
• Judo: Throws and grappling techniques using an opponent's force and balance.
• Kudo: Hybrid martial art combining striking and grappling techniques for practical self-defense.
• Iaido: Precise sword movements emphasizing mental presence and discipline.
