Terms and Conditions: 6-Week Martial Arts Trial Subscription with Free Uniform

1. Trial Offer
This promotional offer includes six (6) consecutive weeks of martial arts training and one (1) free uniform, available only to new students who have not previously enrolled in any of our programs.

2. Eligibility

• Offer is valid for new students only.
• Participants must be at least 5 years old.
• A parent or legal guardian must register any minor participant.

3. Registration

• Full registration must be completed prior to starting the trial.
• Participants must sign a liability waiver and agree to dojo etiquette and safety guidelines.

4. Schedule and Attendance

• Trial includes access to regularly scheduled beginner-level classes for the age group of the student.
• Students are encouraged to attend at least 2 classes per week for maximum benefit.

5. Uniform

• One (1) free standard uniform (gi) will be provided at the start of the trial.
• Uniform size is subject to availability.
• Uniforms are non-exchangeable and limited to one per trial participant.

6. Non-Transferable
This offer is non-transferable and may not be shared or combined with other promotions or discounts.

7. No Refunds
There are no refunds for missed classes during the 6-week trial period. Make-up classes may be offered at the instructor's discretion.

8. Conversion to Full Membership

• At the end of the trial, students may choose to enroll in a full membership plan.
• Continued training beyond the trial period requires regular membership registration and payment.

9. Behavior Expectations

• All students must demonstrate respect for instructors, peers, and the facility.
• The dojo reserves the right to revoke trial privileges for any inappropriate conduct.

10. Amendments
The dojo reserves the right to change or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
