6 WEEKS OF MARTIAL ARTS SUBSCRIPTION

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Initial Payment: $99 for the first 6 weeks of martial arts classes.

  2. Subsequent Payments: After the initial 6-week period, there will be three additional monthly installments of $99 each.

  3. Total Cost: The total cost of the subscription is calculated as follows:

    • Initial Payment (6 weeks): $99
    • Monthly Installments (3 months): 3 x $99 = $297

  4. Payment Schedule:

    • First Payment: $99 due upon enrollment for the initial 6-week period.
    • Subsequent Payments: $99 due monthly for the following 3 months.

  5. Payment Method: Payments can be made via Paypal: PayPal which supports a variety of payment methods. You can choose to pay with your bank account, Visa, Mastercard (including the PayPal Cashback Mastercard®), Discover, American Express, or the PayPal debit card.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days before the end of the initial 6-week offer period

  7. Late Payment: A late fee of $15 may apply for payments not received by the due date.

  8. Refunds: Refunds are not available for partially completed subscription periods.
