1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for the event, including age and belt level.

  2. Registration Process: Complete the registration form and submit the required fee by the deadline. Late registrations may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

  3. Payment: All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods will be specified.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made by 3 days after registrationswill receive a full or partial refund. No refunds for cancellations after this date. There will be 20% cancellation Fee.

  5. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect and safety. Inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification without a refund.

  6. Health and Safety: Ensure you are in good health to participate in any of our programs or lessons. Disclose any medical conditions. A waiver may be required.

  7. Insurance: It is recommended that participants have personal accident insurance. The Japanese Martial Arts Academy, LLC or Instructors are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during training.

  8. Equipment: Participants must have their own equipment, including appropriate martial arts attire and protective gear. All required equipment must be purchased from the Japanese Martial Arts Academy, LLC.

  9. Media Release: Consent to the use of images and videos for promotional purposes.

  10. Modifications: Organizers reserve the right to modify event details as necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

  11. Agreement: By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and forfeiture of fees paid.
